President
Jackie Mariani, originally from Montgomery Count, moved to Downingtown in 2008 to marry her college sweetheart, Glen, a proud Downingtown native. Mariani is now raising two wonderful kids, AJ and Gabby, in a community they love. She joined RTCF to give back, inspire her children through service, and help foster a ripple effect of kindness and compassion throughout Downingtown and beyond.

Co-Vice President
Jennifer Gilchrist moved to West Chester 26 years ago to start her family with her husband, Gary. They have two children, Alyssa (20) and Brady (17). Gilchrist joined RTCF to honor those she knows who have battled cancer and to help make a difference locally by raising awareness and support. She hopes to see RTCF continue expanding its outreach—not only through donations but by directly supporting fighters and their families.

Co-Vice President
A lifelong Chester County resident, Lauren Stafford grew up in East Brandywine and moved to West Chester for college in 1997. She has been married to her husband, Jonathan, for 24 years, and together they have twin sons, Ryan and Jonathan (22), and a daughter, Lizzy (18). Stafford first became involved in 2015 through Team CMMD after a close friend from her volunteer fire company was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and later lost his battle. Inspired to make a difference, Stafford continues to advocate for all cancer fighters by raising awareness and support. Her hope is that through RTCF’s community engagement, more people will understand the importance of helping cancer fighters—providing resources, assistance, and hope to those who need it most.

Treasurer
Originally from Connecticut, Originally from Connecticut, Jason Alansky has lived in the area since 2001. Alansky has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 22 years, and together they have two daughters, Sarah and Kaitlin. Passionate about making an impact in the local community, Alansky joined RTCF to help support families affected by cancer. He hopes to see RTCF continue providing meaningful financial assistance to those in need, easing the burden of treatment and related expenses while offering hope and support along the way.
